stealing more entertainment products from others

Our man Russiantor at T3I is much better than us at trolling random blogs, and he dug up a doozy of an entertaining post today. It’s from a Rutgers guy, and it laments their awfulness in basketball in as profoundly hilarious a manner as I could imagine. Russ explains it:

Anyone that’s watched college basketball for at least 2 minutes in the last 100 years knows Rutgers blows. But rarely, if ever, do we ponder just how historically bad they’ve been. Recently Dave Lozo, a Rutgers grad, did just that. He went and listed every team that’s played in the NCAA tournament since Rutgers last made the big dance in 1991. I don’t want to spoil it, you’ve really got to check out the post and see for yourself. The results are pretty astounding.

He’s not kidding people. It’s amazing. Check it out yourself here.

In other time-killing news, Mike Waters wrote an interesting Big East midseason awards article worth checking out.

The woes of the Rugters men on the basketball court is only amplified by the success of the women’s team. When we went to the RAC (or whatever they’re calling it these days), the rafters proudly displayed two long sets of banners. On one side was banners displating the women’s many NCAA berths, including many deep runs into the tournament. The men’s side highlighted their near perfect run in making the NIT’s.
